A booking fee is required to secure your event date. This fee will be applied toward your remaining balance. The remaining balance is due one week prior to the event date.

Out of respect for our time and schedule, booking fees are non-refundable. Rescheduling is permitted with advance notice and is subject to availability.

For outdoor events, weather conditions will be monitored leading up to the event. If rain, strong winds, extreme temperatures, thunderstorms, or other severe weather conditions are expected, we may choose to reschedule rather than risk damage to supplies or equipment. In the event of severe or unsafe weather, the event will be rescheduled to the next available date. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and the original booking fee will be applied to the rescheduled date.

The health and safety of our clients is always a priority. All tools and supplies are cleaned, sanitized, and handled using sanitary practices between clients. For the safety of the client and artist, painting will not be performed on skin that is sick, broken, infected, or visibly irritated. If the skin is not suitable for painting, service may be declined or modified as needed.

Clients are responsible for providing a suitable setup area for the event. A clean, flat space is required for setup. For outdoor events, adequate shade must be provided to protect the artist, supplies, and equipment from direct sunlight and weather conditions. Accessible parking must also be available for convenient loading, unloading, and setup.
